Nick Hinkle begins his first season as head coach of the new men’s and women’s teams at Alderson-Broaddus College.

The Mason, Mich., native served as an assistant swim coach and recruiting coordinator for Alma College for three years. During his time at Alma College, both teams doubled in size and set 9 school records .

Hinkle earned a bachelor’s degree from Hope College in 2008 after a stellar career as a varsity member of its swim program from 2004-08. He won two conference titles with the Flying Dutchmen and served as team captain his senior year.
