Glenville, W. VA – Once again the Lady Battlers were a victim to a long scoring draught as they dropped a tough WVIAC road contest to host Glenville State by a score of 108-50.

The Lady Pioneers used a 30-4 spurt over an 11 minute 43 second span to stretch a 1 point lead at 9-8 to 39-12 with 1:15 to play in the half. 

Amanda Peoples led A-B with 8 points and 7 rebounds.

The relentless Glenville full court press and constant mass subbing forced the Lady Battlers into 32 turnovers and just 33% shooting for the game.

Coach Allen ‘s squad will look to snap to its skid as they take on Fairmont State on Saturday.  Tip off is at 2pm.
